Women Picking Olives by van Gogh: Two-Tone Coffee Mug
If you ever get the urge for unique landscape paintings, check out Vincent van Gogh's creations. There are certainly plenty of them, especially with olive trees, like in this 1889 work. These works are interesting, unique, and amazing. As with many of van Gogh’s paintings, this work seems to be a window into the lives of everyday people. Another factor that is seen across multiple van Gogh creations, including this one, is that straight lines are largely rejected for curves. This scene is full of rounded edges. Here, the curved clouds actually seem to be mimicking the leaves of the olive trees…or vice versa. Buy as is or add text. Public domain work.
