Uhane Honu Hibiscus Batik Hawaiian Turtle Mug
Tonal charcoal gray colorway. The "spirit" (uhane) of Hawaii is the beautiful green turtle (honu) that lives in the surf off the beaches in the south of the island of Kauai. Our honu has a primitive hibiscus flower on its back drawn in the style of an old Polynesian tattoo. Then we tossed our turtles on a faux linen texture and distressed the pattern with a batik effect.
