For some it is something to take pride in. Glib, conversational, sociable, friendly is the way some would describe it. Perhaps it’s true. Some just find it annoying. This is a gift for yourself if you have a sense of pride, or self-acceptable. It’s a gift for someone else if you have something to say, if you know what I mean.
