715th Bomb Squadron Coffee Mug
The 715th Bomb Squadron was part of the 448th Bomb Group, 2nd Air Division, of the Mighty 8th Air Force of World War II fame. They flew the B-24 heavy bomber and flew out of Seething in England. My father was a lead pilot with the 715th. He flew two tours, 64 accredited combat missions over Nazi Germany. He was shot down 3 times, never lost a crew member, and they escaped all there times.
